How to dial iZone So, you have read the Tips & Tricks and the How To and you're still not sure how iZone works? Well, we'll have you sorted in no time! What is iZone? iZone works with 'alpha dial' which means that the letters that appear on your keypad represent the numbers to be dialled. Al you have to do is dial *120*500# and you too can have the world at your fingertips. 2  for  A,B or C 6  for  M,N or O 3  for  D,E or F 7  for  P,Q,R or S 4  for  G,H or I 8  for  T,U or V 5  for  J,K or L 9  for  W,X,Y or Z ** Please note, iZone is not like SMS, you only need to press the key once to select a letter not twice or three times. eg. 2 for B, NOT 22
